Yesterday I had my first ever, QHHT session with Nicholas.  I have had a day to process the entire journey and I definitely feel a positive shift happening as a result.  Prior to my session I was emailed days ahead, a detailed and helpful explanation of how to prepare for the session which got me into the necessary mindset easily.  From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, I was treated with kindness and compassion and felt very comfortable in his presence.  Nicholas extends an energy of safety and authenticity at all times and I felt a friendship developing as I spoke to him about my very personal life story. He has a natural ability to know when to interject and ad something helpful or comment.  The entire session flowed easily and effortlessly and time was almost non existent.  The comfortable setting in the room allowed me to relax and bring forward my higher self with surprising ease as Nicholas guided me along the way.  I was amazed to hear that I was laying down for two hours during this part of the session as it felt far shorter. Nicholas expertly led me to a comfortable relaxed state so that my higher self easily began to answer my questions.  I found the entire experience very helpful and would highly recommend anyone to go and have their own personal amazing experience led by this wonderful human Being.

What is QHHT?

QHHT is a transformitive experience. It is a journey through consciousness which can lead you on a path to finding understanding, healing and answers that lie within.

What can I expect from a session?

Sessions are conducted in strict privacy.  A session takes 4 to 6 hours.  And they are never done remotely.  These are intensive sessions.  I will devote the whole day to you and your session.  And you only ever need a single session.

We start with 2 hours + of an interview and get to know you session.  You will bring your questions to discuss as well.

During the session you will be shown an appropriate experience by your SubConscious.  Your SubConscious knows everything there is to know about you, the life you are living now, and all other lives.  Your SubConscious will share only information that is appropriate at this time and is of benefit to you.  It is caring and protective in the QHHT® session.  A feeling of immense power and immense love is experienced when in contact with your SubConscious.

Your SubConscious has the ability to identify any physical or emotional problems it detects and explain the causes.  The SubConscious is then asked if it is appropriate for healing to occur.  If appropriate, healing is done instantaneously with no other processes needed.  Very often, simply understanding why discomfort is being experienced is sufficient for it to be relieved and removed. 

You will be in hypnotic state for approximately 2 hours.  This part will be audio recorded.

Immediately after exiting the hypnotic state, you will awake refreshed and energized.  You may not remember much of what was said.  You will be given a recording of your full session.  Please listen to the whole recording privately.  After listening fully, you are then free to share with whomever you choose. 

Please keep your recording safe and listen to it frequently.

What do I do to prepare for the session?

Once you book I will send you a detailed document that outlines how to prepare prior to the session and on the day of.  Each section of the document is important, but it's especially important that you bring your questions.

About me

I'm Nicholas Terpstra, and I have successfully completed the Level 1 QHHT course, passing the exam with flying colors. Currently, I'm seeking individuals to join me at my peaceful location in Waterdown, Ontario, for a FREE QHHT session as part of my journey towards Level 2 certification. Hurry and secure your spot, as spaces are limited!

Sessions are available on Saturdays or Sundays at 12 pm and typically last between 4 to 6 hours, ensuring we dedicate as much time as needed for your experience.

Here's a glimpse of the session structure:

  1. An engaging interview and "get to know you" session lasting for over 2 hours, where you can bring your questions and concerns for discussion.
  2. Over 2 hours of profound hypnosis, featuring a past life regression encompassing 1-3 past lives, followed by connecting with your Higher Self (referred to as the Subconscious in this training). Your Higher Self will collaborate with us, providing answers to your questions and guiding you towards healing, as needed.

Immediately after the session, you will receive a digital recording to help you revisit and validate your experience. Listening to this recording multiple times can further enhance your healing and understanding.

These sessions are truly remarkable and were developed through training conducted by the renowned Dolores Cannon and the official QHHT organization.

Please note that the sessions take place in my welcoming home, offering a private and comfortable atmosphere. I have two friendly black labs that may greet you upon arrival, but they will be kept in a separate area if you prefer. Additionally, we have two cats in the house who might make a friendly appearance.
